From Dan: With Less Than Two Weeks to Go in the Election...

My assessment from analyzing polls, opinions of experienced political professional consultants and others: National, overall popular vote -- slight advantage Romney. In the Electoral Vote (which decides) -- slight advantage goes to Obama. He has narrow poll leads in key states that could decide national electoral vote decision (Ohio, Wisconsin and Iowa..with Florida and Virginia polls even, or tiny Romney poll leads in those two states). So, bottom line, paper thin advantage for Obama at the moment.
